Shipping Policy

How delivery works

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to addresses across Malaysia. Every order needs a complete street address, city, state and postcode — the checkout validates them before payment.

  1. Orders placed before 3 PM on working days are dispatched the same day.
  2. Standard delivery arrives in 2–4 working days; express next-day where available.
  3. Remote areas may take longer — tracking shows every hub scan.

Shipping Fees

A flat shipping fee applies per order and is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders above the free-shipping threshold ship free — the threshold is listed in the site announcement bar.

  1. The fee confirmed at checkout is final — no surcharges on delivery.
  2. One fee per order, however many items it contains.

Tracking & Delays

Track every order from the Track Your Order page with your order ID and billing email. Email updates go out at packing, shipping and delivery.
